Flow Day
I decided that I'm going to make this Saturday the 1st our flow day. Fred and Emerald will be joining us so let's make the trip worth their time. I'll be sticking around until about 3 or 4 on Saturday. This will be a great time to get dedicated training time in with me and with each other. We'll have class like normal and then just start flowing and working on whatever after class. ๐คบโ๏ธ๐
