Kali Center Video Lesson Packs
I started my Kali journey with Paul Ingram's video lessons online. These are the most comprehensive digital martial arts lessons I have ever seen. Going through these lessons is the closest I have been able to get to "matrix downloading" a martial art into my brain. If you want to fast track your training, you should check out Paul's lesson packs. The best part of these packs is that they work great on a computer or a phone. The mobile interface works great, which is important since the phone is used so often for watching training videos.
Were to start though? Kali Center has a TON of online content. So much that it can be hard to know where to start. That's why I've taken the time to put this page together for you, my fellow Kali practitioner. These are the lesson packs I would recommend to anyone that asks me and the reasons why. Ultimate Package
This is possibly the best deal online for any martial arts material. The amount of info you get for the money is remarkable! This is sold on a subscription basis and it's totally worth it. If you wait until Paul does a special, you can lock in a discount like I did. I got this pack for 50% of back in 2021 and it's still 50% off!
Kali Center 12 Areas Continuum
I've found myself going back to this pack more than any other one over the years. The striking combos in this are amazing and are great to keep going back to as you build your art. This is definitely my most viewed pack.
ITC 2017
ITC before Custer South Dakota. This is an absolutely PACKED video pack. The sheer volume of info in this pack is worth the money. My favorite parts are the multiple opponents drills and the bonus material at the end of the pack. I highly recommend this one.
Kali Knife Fighting
This is another one with an ungodly amount of information in it. Want to know how to fight with a knife? Get this pack! Seriously! The drills are awesome and Paul goes into details about this particular system of Kali that I have yet to see anywhere else.
SINGLE STICK
Kali Area 1
This is last on the recommendation list but FAR from least. I would call this an essential pack. This pack does a great job of helping you understand the art of Kali. Area 1 is where it all starts and sets the tone for the rest of your training journey. There are great solo drills and partner drills in this pack. Definitely worth your time!
