I miss training with you guys! I also want to make sure I am training at least 2 days a week. This is why I am adding a new class on Thursdays at 6pm at the Long Beach Elementary School in the outdoor basketball court. Thursday classes start on April 9th (tomorrow).

The Thursday classes will be tailored to who shows up. We will focus on fundamentals at times and may get into more advanced techniques from time to time as well. I'll add these classes to the calendar on the website soon. I hope to see some of you therewhen you're able to make it! Expect the Thursday class to be 1.5 - 2 hours. I know some of you would like me to do a 2 hour class so I will see if we can make that work on Thursdays.

Hey all. Brenda just informed me that the senior center is having an event tomorrow night so we won't be able to have class.
