Prep Class
You're invited to the ITC Reunion Prep Class — a full day of training led by the highly experienced John Thompson! John has trained with Paul Ingram for over a decade, currently sharpens his skills with a fencing master in Seattle, WA, and actively competes in fencing tournaments. With his extensive background and having attended nearly every ITC ever held, John is the perfect person to get you ready. Join us on May 17th from 8 AM to 5 PM for a day that mirrors the intensity and spirit of ITC. We’ll start with a hike to our outdoor training location, dive into a full day of hands-on training, and wrap it all up with dinner at The Lost Roo. Don’t miss this chance to reconnect, train hard, and get in the zone for ITC!

Kali Lessons
At Long Beach Kali you'll learn how to properly use weapons and how to effectively move through space so you can defend yourself and the ones you love. You'll have A LOT of fun while your at it!
Ages 13 & up
INSTRUCTOR
Keenan has been following his passion for martial arts since the summer of 2005. Over the years he has studied 11 different styles, and competed in martial arts tournaments for 10 years. During this time he was able to compete in 5 international martial arts tournaments and took 1st place in the 2010 IMAC Winter Olympics. Keenan has always seen himself as a "practical application martial artist" and only competed as a means to test his art to make sure what he was learning actually worked. Over the last several years he has turned his attention to the development of proper weapons handling skills. Keenan teaches A.V.N. which is a form of Kali mixed with Spanish Destreza. This is a very effective art form that focuses on weapons and the geometry of the fight.
